functional and very comfortable apartment on the second floor of a cottage and an area of 65 m2. 20 m2 terrace facing south with beautiful views of the Grande Motte.
The equipment is for up to 7 people.
The layout with 4 levels gives a great impression of volume and allows everyone to preserve its tranquility.
The lower floor includes an entrance with cupboards - a living room with fireplace and TV slightly below - a dining area and an open kitchen very equipped - a room with a double bed - a bathroom with two sinks and shower - finally a toilet with separate sink.
The upper floor has a loft with a double bed and storage convenient.
A small door and 3 steps give access to a bedroom with a bed of 140 and a full bathroom: sink -shower -WC .A window overlooking the lake.
To return to the kitchen equipment, which integrates well on: a dishwasher, an induction hob, oven multifunction, a Nespresso machine, etc, you will also find a raclette grill and a device to brasérade.
The common areas (entrance, ski lockers and stairs) are particularly successful: natural stone floor, wood paneling and antique wrought iron ramp. But the highlight is probably the beauty and tranquility of the site: the chalet is located at the lake and at the foot of Tuffs, these very steep corridors
down from the massive Tovière and which are reserved for very good skiers and despite the proximity of the Val Claret (5 minutes walk) there is no filter to nightlife site.
The return is on skis to the chalet.
Finally, the chalet is lacated in the middle of the skiing loops and access is free.

Summary: A great apartment and wonderful hosts. The building itself is very smart with great communal areas, great ski locker, easy access to ski. Great balcony around the apartment. The beds at the very top are best suited to kids or teenagers. Very easy check-in and out, with very helpful and responsive host. Thank you!

Summary: Really good spot, apartment is in a chalet made up of 4 or 5 apartments. There are 2 other chalets of similar configuration in the cluster. Perched on the edge of the lake. We loved the ease of walking across the frozen lake into Le Lac and walking to Val Claret for pasties. This one is top floor with very nice views towards Val Claret. Reasonable size with a wrap around balcony which must be lovely in the summer. Discovered that we could ski all the way home too 3rd day in. Take a right after after Bollin on the slopes. I would say the description of luxury is misleading as the interior is a little tired and in some parts feels like it needs an upgrade. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Summary: Great communication with Brigitte the property owner and she made us feel very welcome and assisted where required. Apartment is walking distance to Tignes Le Lac and Val Claret so could t ask for better. Plus a great bus service at the end of the road.

Summary: My two kids, wife and I were lucky enough to spend three weeks in the chalet in July/August. The chalet is in a perfect spot with views to the lake from one side, and fantastic views to the mountains above Val Claret to the other. The main part of the balcony faces South and many an afternoon were spent basking in the sunshine taking a well-earned rest from the days' activities. A 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants of Val Claret and 10-15 minutes walk round the lake to the main part of Tignes. The most amazing thing about our stay was that we only used the van 3 times over the 3 weeks, and only when heading round to Val d'Isère. Everything is so close that it wasn't necessary to use it getting around Tignes. All 4 of us had mountain bikes and made use of the fantastic trails (all with lifts to take you to the summit) and even our youngest (6 y/o) was whizzing down the green runs in Tignes ("Smoothie" and "Easyride") and Val d'Isère ("Popeye"). The 9 y/o was smashing the blue runs (which were quite tricky compared to blues in other spots we've ridden). The grown-ups' favourite runs were the all-mountain trails, especially the ones down to Val d'Isère. But be warned, they are quite remote (and technical/steep)! The red then black run under the main Tignes bubble was always a great way to finish a day. The "My Tignes" pass which comes free with the accommodation provides free access to all of the lifts in the summer along with 2 other activities each day so there was always lots to do with the kids on the lake, trampolines and in the pool when not on the mountains. The only potential downside was that we thought we might be able to get straight to the lake across the field but you need to go back round the road to the main path. This is actually for the best as it keeps the area around the chalet much quieter with nobody passing through. The chalet itself was a perfect fit and we quickly felt completely at home. The photos don't really do it justice but I can imagine it is a tricky place to photo! It had everything we needed. The owners were fantastic with their communication and even fitted a pulley to allow us to winch our bikes onto and off of the balcony which worked really well.

Summary: The apartment is fantastic and very spacious. Our party was two adults and three children and we had ample space. The apartment is between Le Lac and Val Claret and is quick and easy to get to both on the free ski bus. The skiing in Tignes and Val d'isere is second to none. Sitting on the balcony you are rewarded with beautiful views of the Mountains. The owners were very good at responding to any questions that we had. If I had to say anything negative, it would have to be that there was no WiFi. Then again that wasn't such a bad thing as the children had to play games and talk to each other, rather than playing on electronics all the time. We would absolutely love to return some day and would like to say a big thank you to the HAUPT family for making our stay everything we could have wished for. Stefan, Richard, Jesse, Liam and Riley.
