This secluded residence at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is surrounded by trees and greenery with a large garden. Within 200 yards of the beach in the seaside village of Fairlie the house is modern and luxurious with solid oak flooring downstairs and new carpets upstairs. The Kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and includes ice maker, wine fridge and marble work tops. The TV’s in the Lounge and Bedroom 5 have Apple TV, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Sky Sports and Sky Cinema.
We hope you will love our house. The fittings and finishes are of top quality and there is no owners clutter anywhere. The house is dedicated to pleasing and providing a quiet, homely atmosphere for our guests. Fairlie train station is approximately 200 yards away as is the beach. The hills behind the property with Fairlie Castle close by, again are less than 5 minutes walk away.
There are no shared spaces in the property. Once you arrive through the wooden entrance gates opening into the large driveway you can close them and peace and privacy will envelope you. We can either greet you to take you through the property or you can retrieve the keys from the key safe (approximately 5 yards to the left of the front door) and just let yourself in. You will find a hamper with a few essentials (wine being definitely one of them), a warm centrally heated welcome, clean bedding and towels, shampoo, liquid soap, body lotion, and hopefully everything you’d want to find on arrival.

Summary: We loved our stay, the house was gorgeous and clean and was also so close to Largs and the train station. 10 adults stayed and there was plenty of room for us all! Would 100% recommend.

Summary: We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children plus two dogs. The house was spotless and the added extras went down a treat. Garden was perfect for kids and a few mins away from the train station and beach it was ideal. We were there for an emotional trip and being so close to Largs and Millport where we all spent our summers as youngsters was perfect. To come back to a spotless house with views of the sea was perfect. We are talking about returning again! Thank you.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful house. Graham was the perfect host and nothing was too much bother for him if we had any queries. The kitchen is very well equipped for catering for a large gathering, plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. we even had a slow cooker, so our meal was all ready for us getting back after exploring the area. Easily accessible to the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae. Some nice walks from the house too, and of course it is very close to Largs. We certainly would recommend it.

Summary: Well appointed and spacious house well suited to a family group. The sun room was a wonderful space and we spent a lot of time there. Great host who returned the keys I left inadvertently very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Graham was very helpful and communicates quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this large, well finished house. Good standard of TVs and kitchen etc. Attractive grounds and large terrace to the outside provide good additional spaces to gather/ retreat. The property is well located, being a 15 min walk to a great pub and restaurant.
