Our villa is located in Carry-Le-Rouet in Bouches du Rhônes (13) France. It is 20 minutes away from Marseille-Marignane Airport and 20 minutes away from Marseille city center.
- The villa, which was recently renovated, is located in a private estate (Parc de la Cote Bleue) with private access to residents only. We have direct access to the beach and sea (from the door of our garden) and there is no road between our house and the sea. The garden space is about 800 sqm with amazing Mediterranean plants and trees.
- This is a 2-floor house (ground floor and 1st floor), the floorspace is 350 sqm with 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 dressing room, 4 toilets, 1 utility room, 1 laundry room, 1 cloakroom, 1 fully modern open plan kitchen (and a back kitchen) with brand new household devices, spacious entrance hall, very big dining and living room opening on the garden and swimming pool facing the sea. There is a huge terrace (>100 sqm) on the first floor offering an amazing view on the sea.
- Attached to the house, there is a 1 bedroom studio apartment (50 sqm): with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet
- A 15 x 7 m swimming pool
- Fully furnished with design furniture (inside and outside)

Summary: We had a wonderful 3 days in this beautiful home - thank you! It is so well equipped and set up - there is literally nothing missing that we would have needed. There were only 2 of us - celebrating a milestone birthday however the house is set up for a large group and space is plentiful. We walked along the coastal path into Carry-le-Rouet, which took about 15-20 mins - it has steps and rocky parts in places so wear trainers! View is amazing - could have looked at it all day, 2-3 min walk to a couple of beach restaurants/bars and a small supermarket is 4-5 min walk away.

Summary: I am a property owner of 7 VRBO homes so I am extremely picky and have high expectations in renting a property. This home is beautiful and well equipped for 8-10 people. The location is stunning and if you are fortunate to stay in the summer months just down the beach you can walk to 2 amazing restaurants. Such fun. The owner and her property manager are very responsive and care about you the guest. If you are considering this home I would recommend it. You will not be disappointed. Louisa Davis

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the villa in Carry-le-Rouet. The house looks just like the photos and the everything was just as described on the website. Restaurants are very close, as well as a small beach and the small city center with a yacht harbour is very pretty is also not far away. Supermarket ist in walking distance and the area is very clean and quiet. The villa has a nice and interior of good quality and the garden with the pool was really beautiful. We would come back again!

Summary: Our stay at the villa was perfect ...After being on the road exploring the french rivieria ,we ended our trip at the villa...And what a beautiful place it was,overlooking the infinity pool & the ocean ! It was just blissful.It had all the necessities in the kitchen & the rooms were nice & clean ,with views from each room almost. About 25/30 min from Marsielle but worth the ride .Highly recommend !
