The property consists of a large lounge dining area with double windows and Juliet balcony to uninterrupted views of Fistral beach and the surrounding coast. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with views overlooking the beach, two additional double (or twin) bedrooms, upstairs bathroom with shower over, downstairs shower room, utility room with washer, dryer, additional fridge freezer and custom designed wetsuit drying/ dog grooming area. To the rear is a small garden. The property is in a gated development with allocated parking to the rear and additional parking to the front.
Situated in the quiet area of Pentire the beach is less than 5 minutes walk, town centre is 15 minutes walk and the property provides easy access to a local amenities . Summary: What a lovely house. It is light, bright, clean and comfortable. Even the bed! The whole house is presented very nicely. Everything you need is there and some little extras were left for our arrival, including treats for the dogs. The view of Fistral beach is amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Summary: This property has the most amazing view you will ever see, it’s spacious, has everything you could possibly wish for and has parking for 2 cars. We didn’t go in the car all week, just walked to the beach on into town.

Summary: Communication with the host was super easy, they were very responsive and pro active. The house is beautiful with added useful extras such as dog towels, most useful. Lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Located in a gorgeous position within easy walkable distance to Newquay. Easy parking too. I want to go back 😁
