Villa Irelandes is located in a small local village called El Roque beside El Cotillo. The local amenities can be reached within a short 10/15 minute walk or 2/4 min drive. Corralejo resort is a 15 minute drive. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout. The villa is very spacious and has the added attraction of air conditioning, Sky TV and WiFi. The pool is very private and sheltered. For those who enjoy exercise, the pool is very large at 12.5 meters in length and 5 meters wide. Outdoor pergolas and dining facilities provide plenty of shade when required.

Summary: Fantastic villa in superb condition with a large pool in a quiet residential area. Dealings with the owner were excellent, she really couldn't do enough to help. El Cotillo is a 15-20 min walk but there is an hourly bus service. Highly recommended!

Summary: We had a wonderful 9 nights in this villa. The outside space is incredible. The pool is huge with comfortable sunbeds and the balconies are amazing from which to watch the beautiful sunsets. We walked into El Cotillo every night which is about a 20 minute walk to the old harbour area and sampled some delicious food in the fabulous restaurants. El Cotillo is a hidden gem.

Summary: Firstly, the communication with the owner of the property was superb from the moment we booked, to the last day of our stay. They were responsive and informative, and it was done in a friendly manner. The fact that we rarely needed to contact the owner during the time of our stay tells you everything you need to know about the villa. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and peaceful; everything you need for a relaxing break. The villa is very close to the town of El Cotillo, probably about a two minute drive to the nearest supermarket or 15 minute walk. If you have a car, it is also within easy touching distance of Corralejo (about 15/20 mins drive) if you want to visit the waterpark, go shopping, head over to Los Lobos or want to try so different places to eat. Overall a brilliant, a much needed holiday which can be as relaxed or action packed as you want it to be.

Summary: This villa was spacious and very well equipped. The outside seating area was great with a big BBQ. Pool was clean and plenty of sun loungers. The kids loved the table tennis and there were lots of games provided. The villa was cleaned mid stay and bedding and towels changed. We did find the walk to the supermarket and restaurants to be further than advertised. It was a brisk 10 minutes to the supermarket (it was a well lit and paved walk) and about 20 minutes to the restaurants. El Cotillo was beautiful with so many shops and restaurants.

Summary: Our week here was simply splendid. The images supporting the posting are absolutely faithful to reality so you can rest assured what you are going to experience. I have never come across such a well equipped villa with everything a family might possibly need. The owner could not have been more helpful in dealing with enquiries etc. There is a named and readily available ,"agent" in the locality, we got a little lost in finding the villa, we called the contact and he arrived within minutes to point us in the right direction. In short, as the review title says, "Don't hesitate just book it"

Summary: We just got back from a very relaxing and wonderful stay in that spacious Villa very close to El Cotillo. The house has all the space that 6 people require and even more. It is beautifully furnished and has 3 very large bedrooms each of them with its own large en suit bathroom. The nice pool is located on the bottom terrasse so ist is secluded from neighbours view and all three terrasses are equiped with plenty of poolchairs. The kichten/livingroom/diningroom is huge and comfortable with plenty of possible areas to „hang out“. It is located in a very quiet road in El Roque, only a short walk of bycicle ride from El Cotillo. The Villa is equiped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is a lovely lady who will even leave personal stuff out for her visitors - in my case a hula hoop and her yoga math - so you do not have to bring it. She will do anything to make your stay perfect and stays in touch as long/much/often as you need her to and should there be anything she cannot solve from the distance, she will contact her housekeeper who lives almost next door and he will help. Should there be ANYthing missing, there is a store located close by that sells EVERYthing! We say „thank you VERY much and until next time!“
