There is nothing better than relaxing with friends and family at this beautiful property while listening to the birds sing and watching the sunset over the horizon while sitting in the hot tub drinking your favorite beverage!
The Space:
When the final yellows, oranges, and reds of the sunset have faded, you will have a decision to make. Do you hit Historic Downtown Fredericksburg for some fun and winery hopping, or do you hit Luckenbach and enjoy the live music and dancing? or settle into the hot tub while you watch ten thousand stars wake up one by one? On the other hand, why limit yourself? Our suggestion is to do them all, over the course of your stay!

Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! 11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
