Gorgeous newly built luxury tiny home in the heart of downtown Dunedin. This charming home is has everything you need for a perfect stay in our perfect little town. The home has an open concept floorplan, with a King and a Queen bed in the upstairs loft. Only steps away from all the best restaurants, breweries, shops and activities in Dunedin. Dunedin was voted one of the best walking towns in America. Just a short drive to beautiful Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach.

This home has an open concept floorplan with a King and a Queen bed in the upstairs loft at opposite ends of the space. There is no wall separating the beds, but there is plenty of space between them. There is also a twin pullout couch in the living room. The bathroom is on the first floor.

Guests will have access to the entire home and pool area. The pool is shared between 4 tiny homes on the property.

Our cozy home sits only footsteps away from Main Street. You can walk to restaurants, breweries, shops, the Dunedin Marina, farmer's markets, festivals, the new Toronto Blue Jays Stadium, Tai Chi Center, and much more! We are also perfectly located a short distance to America's best beaches. For a more laid back hangout with less tourists, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are about 5 miles north of us . About 5 miles south us is one of the top beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach where you’ll find lots of shopping, water sport rentals, restaurants, and more! The Pinellas Trail is just a short walk from us, so bring your own bikes or rent them from Kafe Racer right off the trail! If you are feeling a bit adventurous for some fun day trips, we are only a two hour drive from Florida’s best theme parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Busch Gardens. There is one parking spot reserved for you on our private driveway, additional street parking available on first come first serve basis. We have three additional houses on the property which are separate from your fun getaway. All guests will have access to the shared pool.

Your safety is very important to us, we do ask you to read the following : By placing a reservation on the Airbnb site, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these rental policies. Door must be locked and windows closed if guests leave the House during their stay. Upon first time entering the property and home during your stay: - Make note (take pictures if possible) of any problems and notify us immediately to avoid being held responsible for any damages. During your stay, be respectful of the space and property: - Before entering the home, take shoes off if muddy, wet, sandy, etc. - No smoking in the home - No parties - Please do not litter - An adult needs to supervise children at all times. - Children are not allowed in the pool area without supervision. - Use all appliances and amenities as they are intended to be used. - Firearms/Fireworks and other energetic materials are not permitted at any time in or around the house or the property. – NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. Before leaving, guests are required to: - Place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the unit. - Place used bath towels on the floor in bathroom, and place used dishcloths, dishtowels, rags in kitchen sink. - Please remove bedding and place it at the foot of the bed.
