The house was built in 2013 in traditional Greek brick construction and shearing stands on a 4500m2 large, idyllic situated plot overlooking the sea. The landscape around the house is dominated by olive groves and is an absolutely quiet location. The property is easily accessible via a paved or well-developed concrete and gravel road from our point of view with each car. After feedback from some guests a rental of an SUV would certainly not wrong.
Two bedrooms and a living room extending alongside the sea turned into a 60sqm large terrace and a 45sqm large pool with beautiful sea views. From the third bedroom and the kitchen you can enjoy equally stunning sea views. The house is tastefully furnished and allows a comfortable living. The spacious living / dining area is equipped with a fireplace. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning, which can be used as heating in winter. Before the house there is enough parking.

Summary: The villa is fine, though a bit shabby and in need of repair in some minor ways (e.g. towel hooks falling out of the walls). There are two main problems with the villa: 1. the second toilet does not work properly, people have been complaining in reviews about this for a long time, but it is still not fixed; 2. the wi-fi is very poor and cuts out all the time, which is very annoying. The biggest problem is the road leading to the villa, which is in a terrible state and NOT suitable for hire cars. The owners of the villas in that area need to club together and get the road fixed; it's not fair to hire out a place and expect people who will be dependent on hire cars to use such a road, the chances of the car getting damaged are very high. On the plus side, there's a lovely view of Koroni from the pool. But we wouldn't recommend this place or return there unless the villa's problems were fixed (proper wi-fi, a second toilet, etc.) and the road repaired.

Summary: Villa was clean and comfortable, but needed some TLC, especially the bathrooms. For a villa of this standard we would have expected a midstay change of bed linen and property clean however this was not provided. The main issue was the road access from Livadakia up to villa which was a best rough at worst bone shaking, with deep holes and very uneven surfaces. A 4x4 would be recommended as well as a confident driver. However as a plus the views from the property were outstanding and we thouroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.

Summary: The villa and pool were nice but the drive to the property was not what you expect from a holiday rental property. Good job we took the extra cover on our hire car insurance. Some areas needed some maintenance especially the bathroom near the front door where you could not shower as the water supply was poor. We had an enjoyable holiday despite these issues

Summary: Villa was really nice anyway the road there is quite hmm. But it didn't make our holiday worse at all. The view from the villa is stunning. Everything was clean and well kept. Only harm was that the wifi didn't work well. Othervice we recommed the villa very highly for the vecation place.

Summary: We have visited this area a number of times and love it but wanted this time to stay somewhere more comfortable and special and this villa offers both in spades. The house itself is well designed and was very comfortable for our family of 5 with lots of shade, good air-conditioning as well as screened doors positioned to make the most of the hilltop breezes. The setting is spectacular, with extensive views over the olive groves, sea and mountains. The pool was lovely and designed to make the most of the views. It is quite private and the only noise for the most part was from the nature all around us. Janas and Christopher who looked after the house locally were very helpful. Highly recommended- we are already looking forward to our next visit.
