This villa is great for hosting family and friends with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate dining room, TV room, open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 car garage, pool, jacuzzi, home office area and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Swim, dine and relax as you watch beautiful sunsets from the backyard lanai overlooking a pond filled with Floridan wildlife adjacent to the 8th green of Lakeside golf course. The pool is huge and suitable for lap swimming. The jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge.
A large living room and kitchen opens up to the lanai and pool area equipped with lots of lounge chairs and seating for outdoor dining. The 4 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious, has its own TV, direct access to the pool and a large bathroom with plenty of storage space. Summary: The home was beautiful, comfortable and stocked with everything needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was very peaceful. We would stay again.

Summary: The house was very spacious and gave us a lot of room to spread out and enjoy the space and we would definitely rent again if available. There were a few issues inside the house but the host was quick to reply and fix the issues noted. The pool area was a different matter. The pool and the lighting around the pool and spa are all set by a very elaborate system controlled by an app of which we had no control over, therefore it was very hard to enjoy that area as the lights, spa, jets and heat would turn on and off according to the app settings or not be on at all as the control breakers would pop off for unknown reasons

Summary: The golf course was closed! Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. Host controls which is heated, can contact host to change, but host was not on top of changing heat to hot tub. Also lights in pool enclosure were never turned on after being requested.

Summary: We had a few disappointments with the house/pool. We had several issues with the pool/spa. We were in communication with Chris with our issues, and he responded quickly and repeatedly tried to resolve them, but it made our stay less enjoyable. It was also disappointing to not be able to control the spa and the pool lights. This is all done remotely, so once we had them turned on, we couldn't turn them off.

Summary: There were 8 of us riding the Withlacoochie two days. This house was perfect. So close to the trail, nice quiet development, so many extras in the house and easy to get the keys. Will stay again.
