Once you arrive you won't want to leave! Relax in luxury in this newly renovated, heated saltwater pool home in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens! Located just 10 minutes from the gorgeous south Florida beaches, walking distance to great restaurants, and a short drive to excellent shopping! With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this home is PERFECT for groups of 6-8. A high-end and calming interior with a relaxing and accommodating outdoor oasis!
This home is newly renovated with high-end finishes, appliances, furniture and decor! This property is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen is fully stocked! Just 15 minutes to PBI.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The outdoor area is fully equipped with a heated saltwater pool outside of the kitchen, grill and grill utensils, outdoor TV, bar area with stools, large dining table, lounge chairs, a firepit and bistro lights! Gorgeous updated and tropical landscaping surrounds the pool area creating privacy and a sense of calm.
INDOOR LIVING
Two king sized beds, two queen sized beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Five smart TV’s throughout the home, open floor plan, dining table and island, workspace with monitor, and laundry area.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped, high-end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Wolfe induction cooktop, quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, Vitamix, toaster, food processer, knife set, dishware and flatware, coffee maker and coffee provided, plus all the kitchen tools you could need!

HOUSE RULES
We have a strict no party policy. This home has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Any more than 8 people without approval will result in eviction. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No loud music inside or outside of the house at any time. No smoking anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $400 fee. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Violation of any of these rules will result in eviction.
The driveway holds a maximum of 4 cars which is more than enough for up to 8 guests. If cars are parked in the yard or on the street, this usually means there is more than 8 people in the home. Cars parked on the street will be towed. Cars parked in the yard will be charged $100 per car.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Use of the pool heater is $25 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to use the pool heater during your stay!

Summary: We had a group of seven and this home was perfect for us! Home was as advertised, clean, responsive host and great location. We were able to enjoy the outdoor area and pool during our day! Would definitely return again.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. It was just as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was very responsive, usually right away. I would highly recommend staying here. I was there with my four adult kids and a one year old grandchild. The house is very close to shops, stores and a park with a playground (walking distance), and about 8 minutes from almost anything else we wanted to do. There is a pool, BBQ and firepit for additional convenient fun, and the large washer/dryer was great too.

Summary: Rental is for a full house, with a circle drive. Upon entering the home, the majority of the home is open, with bedrooms along the outside. Plenty of common living space with bedrooms for everyone. In the back there is a well heated saltwater pool, grill and fire table. One thing the home is not short on is bath rooms, with 3 full and one half bathroom, so slim chances for being locked out when getting ready or cleaned up after pool time. The appliances were easy to operate, along with plenty or pans, and cooking utensils. The owner does a very good job at describing the property, in the description. Located less than 1 minute from I-95 and nearby to PGA Gardens Mall, and other shopping centers. Makes for easy access to all other events and opportunities of Southern Florida, to include beaches, St. Mary's hospital/Paley Institute. But you will want to stay in and relax with high speed internet, a dedicated office space, and TV's in nearly every room, including the outside patio. Very excited to return to the property in the future.
