Summary: This apartment had everything we wanted. We had a short stay so we didn't need to cook but the place is well equipped for those who want to cook. If not, the main pedestrian walk with so many restaurants is just a 3 minute walk. The town is very nice and has a sad but interesting history. I was there in June so not the high season so I can't speak to the skiing world of Kalavryta. The hosts of this apartment are very hospitable and are very concerned that you enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.
