Located in one of the most beautiful and secluded spots of the French Riviera, this villa & its marvelous 50. 000 sqft garden with cypress trees, palm trees, stands right on the beach of the Canadel.
Enjoy the 180 ° view of the sea right from your dining table.
A discreet and efficient staff will welcome you and make your stay most enjoyable. Orange juice, coffee or tea in the morning? Our chef will prepare the meals according to your liking. Bedrooms are cleaned daily.
The white sand and the beautiful clear waters make this beach one of the most beautiful in the area. Enjoy the many amenities for your family fun (beach, boat, play ground, kayak etc ...) but also, you can have access to a private office to conduct your business.
Recline on the sun loungers on the private terrace right by the beach, or on the library's vintage furniture from the 18th & 19th centuries. This 3 story villa also benefits from a huge central patio adorned by a local olive tree.

The master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms The master bedroom and the bedroom with 4 beds, a large library with an important collection of old books, a large kitchen: all those rooms have a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Then the ground floor holds the 3 remains bedrooms (the blue, the green and the Lavender room), the playroom for children, and an entertainment area that includes a bar. All bedrooms have bathrooms attached to them).
Lastly, you'll find a little pavilion in the garden that you can use as an office if you have work quietly.
You have access to every corner of the house, the patio and the terrace.
The collector's stove, double fridge, ice maker, pantry and painted Art Deco walls. And right outside you will find a beautiful terrace where you will lunch or dine on the 12 feet wood table that can accommodate up to 20 people.

Rayol Canadel (20km from Saint Tropez and 20km from Toulon / Hyeres airport or train Station) is 4 minutes from the house. visit the farmer's market on Tuesdays and Fridays and take advantage of the incredible wine and bookstore, butcher who is one of the most famous of the coast, small supermarket, bakery ... You can also find a pharmacy, doctor, nurse and physiotherapist.
NB: The house is set to welcome 16 people comfortably. We can arrange for a few more than agreement.

Summary: If I could give it 1000 stars, I absolutely would! Anthony was fantastic right from the start, and he even surprised me with a lovely wine box during my post-wedding celebrations! Every aspect of the place was absolutely marvelous, especially the breathtaking view. My family and I had such a wonderful stay that we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else – the house was simply that amazing!

Summary: We booked to stay at Anthony’s villa for our wedding celebration. We legally married in the UK with a simple ceremony at our local registry office in Bath (parents and immediate family there) However we always viewed our wedding taking place abroad in an intimate personal celebration. We had a total of 24 people attend our celebration, some of these people booked smaller accommodation nearby. Anthony was very accommodating and helped us with connections to food, transfers, local restaurants etc. The villa is stunning! Really spacious, so many areas for people to come together and equally have their own space. Maria & Luisa the housekeepers were there each day to help prepare food, help with laundry etc again very welcoming and accommodating. Such a special place for us to be able to bring our nearest and dearest to celebrate our next chapter together. It was also my first abroad holiday with my parents! I’ve been abroad many times but my parents always holidayed in the UK when we were younger. So this was just a really special memory too. Would 100% recommend staying at Anthony’s villa. Gutted we couldn’t of stayed longer!

Summary: What a beautiful and unique property! In the South of France it is difficult to find beachfront property with the kind of size and privacy this property offered. Huge gardens and with the different levels offered space for privacy and quiet even with a large group. The beach seemed to be manicured each morning to remove debris from the sea. The house itself felt more like a home curated with art and photographs of family giving it warmth and love. The kitchen was a rarity amongst rentals in that it was a real working kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, serving pieces, killer oven, ice maker, and plenty of refrigeration. The best was the staff that welcomed us, cooked and cleaned. So friendly and so good! Thank you!

Summary: The house is even better than pictured, spacious, perfect access to the sea with every detail thought out. We were perfectly taken of by Maria and Anthony. The house is so nice that we didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere during the day. An experience that we will definitely repeat!

Summary: Lived up to all our expectations and more!! Staff was amazing , helpful and so welcoming!!! The house was beautiful , comfortable and the gardens so lush! Being able to walk through gardens to beach was the best . Restaurants in area were great . My grandkids asked when are we coming back !! That says it all !!
