Summary: It was a lovely house and private and quiet, just as listed. The neighborhood was spectacular. The location was also convenient because of other stores and restaurants near by.

Summary: This house was great. We were in town for a wedding and it was centrally located for everything we needed. Quick and simple to fast food and area shopping. Will definitely try to stay if ever need to stay in area again.

Summary: This location was very convenient for carry out food. The house is spacious, the furnishings were very nice, and the amenities were adequate. It could use some TLC but it was not run down. Once we contacted the owner for the code, getting into the home was easy. The tv was easy to use when we found the remote and replaced the batteries. We were not able to get other devices like the dvd player to work, though. Despite the large groups in surrounding houses, this did not feel like a “party house”. We appreciated that there was no complicated or demanding policy contract as we saw with other area VRBO options. It was a quiet neighborhood especially given the proximity of neighbors.

Summary: We really enjoyed the home. It had everything we needed, the owner responded if we needed anything in a timely matter. The kids loved the kayaks and used them daily. The house was equipped with all necessary needs.

Summary: This property is fantastic with a view of the water on 3 sides. The property owner Van responded quickly any time I contacted him through the process and even dropped of a new grill within hours of our arrival. The property has 2 kayaks available and fishing off the back deck is highly recommended. The fire pit is also very nice in the evening for smores or just relaxing and taking in the Texas air. We had a great time at this property and will return again soon. If your looking for a great place to stay in the Houston area this is it.
