This is my personal residence. I live in the main level. I rent the Downstairs and the Townhouse attached to the house as separate vacation rentals. All rentals are completely private on the inside. The only thing you share, is the outdoor areas, including the pool. Generally, people are not in the pool all the time, which should allow for more social distancing in the pool. But you would need to take appropriate precautions, e.g. masks/hand washing/cleaning surfaces when interacting with others or after others have utilized common areas). Prior to your arrival, please advise if you have Covid 19 symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19 during the 14 day period prior to your arrival date. Please practice Covid 19 protocols when you are interacting with anyone on the property, outside your own reservation group.
This listing is for an ~ 1250 square foot townhouse which is part of a larger ~ 5,000 Sq. Ft. estate, that includes the lower level of my residence (which can also be rented at VRBO listing #588032). Both Vacation Rentals are completely separate, updated, freshly painted with: private entrances; beautiful bathrooms; 65 inch flat screens in the living areas (premium cable/smart TV); 32 inch flat screens in the master bedroom of each listing; separate washer/dryers. You have a fully furnished kitchenette/with granite counters/stainless appliances.
You look out on a beautiful kidney shaped, newly resurfaced pool, with a water slide and LED color changing pool light, hot tub, waterfall, deck, Travertine patio, BBQ island/bar/sink with a large built in gas grill & granite counter-top, fire pit with decorative glass rock. The pool is solar heated, thereby extending the swimming season. Patios/pool/outdoor areas are open ONLY from 9 A.M. to 10 P.M. The rental, including the patio/pool/outdoor areas, are for paying guests ONLY. If you wish to entertain non-paying individuals, do so at a location off the property. Large, 3/4 acre, fenced, private, property with fruit trees for you to enjoy/consume when in season (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, apple and lemon).
The property has stunning mountain and canyon views to the Pacific Ocean and Mt. Helix. Very private and tranquil. Outdoor aviary and occasionally I see a flock of wild parrots fly by or perch in the trees.
This Vacation Rental listing has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 with two queen beds, two twin (trundle) beds, (and a queen inflatable air mattress if needed). For groups of 1 to 6, rent this one Vacation Rental listing. For groups of 7 to 14, rent both Vacation Rental listings. The base rent for each Vacation Rental listing covers the first two people staying in the listing. For additional persons (beyond two), staying in the listing, there is an additional $25 per person daily fee. The outdoor areas are the only thing you share with others staying at the property. Pets may be brought for a fee, upon approval. Please note I have two female Goldendoddles (born 11/22/19) and a third born in 6/2023, on the property, but will not interact with you, unless you request they do.

Summary: The views and peacefulness of this location made it a great month-long stay for my spouse and me. Jeff met us on our arrival to give us a tour of the unit and was very communicative during the stay. He helped with a few things we needed, which we appreciated very much.Some of the nice things about the unit include: - Mountain View outside the dining room window- Plenty of place settings, pots, and pans- The outdoor patio space, garden, fruit trees, seating options- Number of towels- Closet space- Separated bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors for privacy with additional guests- Outdoor gas grill- Close access to San Diego attractions (apart from rush hour, it seems that 90% of what we visited was only 15-22 mins drive away)- Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants close by

Summary: Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have.

Summary: This property was very tastefully decorated with beautiful paintings, crown moldings and an actual dolphin fountain! The waterfall in front was also very nice! The gardens out back were awesome with paving stones and hand rails everywhere! Jeffrey is a very nice and helpful host! The hot tub was very warm and enjoyable. The only downside was the many stairs. But we got our exercise over the 4 days we were there! And Jeffrey and his helper Jose were very nice to help us get our luggage and ice chests down to our townhouse! Overall a great getaway!! Thanks, Jeffrey!! We would love to come back!
