Summary: Great location, and the listing looked even better in person than online. Perfect for our group of friends, and we had everything needed. Cristina was also super friendly and nice, and was incredibly responsive too. Next time I visit Philly, I'll try to stay here again!

Summary: The house was lovely and well appointed. We were so comfortable there. Cristina was one of the best property managers I have ever encountered. She was so helpful and responsive. We loved the location. The bus was so easy to use to get to the city center. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We came in to town to see the Eagles vs. Cowboys game. We are Eagles fans! We only had 2 days to explore, Christinas place was close enough for a cheap uber ride wherever you want to go in the city. Also a nice neighborhood to walk around in, very safe. It was 1.5 miles to the Eagles Stadium. Kitchen was awesome - had everything we needed to make breakfast (As far as pots and pans are concerned, she provided a lot). There was a total of 6 of us. It was perfect! One note, the door knobs, you have to turn both at the same time when unlocked - my dad couldn't figure this out. You may think the door isn't working, its just tricky. (Or we weren't doing something right lol). Thanks Christina!

Summary: This was just what we were looking for and more. The house was very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The family hosted "Thanksgiving" dinned here. Felt like home for us. The front porch was delightful and the backyard was creative with a miniature pond. Communication from the owner was amazing. She was very understanding, helpful, and kind! Cristina is the most wonderful host, ever! She greeted the family upon our arrival and continuously presented parking for our guests. She even personalized the trip by presenting the family with a welcoming plaque hanging in the front room! We would rate this Property 10 out of 10. We would keep coming back to this wonderful safe and friendly neighborly neighborhood. Kudos Cristina!
