Catalan stone farmhouse of the seventeenth century fully restored with extensive garden, pool and barbecue. Full of exclusive details and surrounded by nature. A luxury just 5 minutes from Girona.
Naturaki Can Ferriol is an exclusive Catalan farmhouse hidden inside the Natural Park of the San Daniel Valley. Lighting plays a key role, and the large windows of the room allow light to enter through every corner. Restored to detail, respecting the initial construction and combining it with modern technology - geothermal, underfloor heating, automatic lights -, the house becomes a model of energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
On the ground floor we find an extensive hall, the kitchen open to the dining room and a TV room. Everything is integrated into the same space where the modern fireplace and large windows are the protagonists. This floor is adapted for reduced mobility, and also has a bathroom, a double room and a quadruple room. Each room in the house represents a famous legend of Girona, illustrated in the glass screens that separate them from the bathroom (all have a bathroom with shower - one of them with a bathtub -). In the house there is free WIFI and below the ground floor is the room with the table football.
On the first floor we find a comfortable library and the rest of the rooms (four doubles and one quadruple). The room "El falcó del Cap d’Estopes" has access to a small terrace with spectacular views of the valley, and that of "The Ass of the Lioness" has a bathroom with a bathtub.
The extensive garden of Naturaki Can Ferriol is surrounded by aromatic plants and has a crystalline pool (with the option of fencing it), a large porch with wrought iron barbecue, soccer field, volleyball net, a trampoline and a swing for rest quietly in the shade.
