Positive: Hotel is clean and the bed is comfortalbe

Negative: The staff at the reception is unfriendly and, in some cases, aggressive, and the information on Booking did not match the reality. You have to pay for everything. including the sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool. Which was not mentioned on Booking. If you want to use the hotel’s pool by you have to pay. Or you can stand on your feet or sit on the floor — I guess they won’t charge you for that, but I’m not sure, it needs to be clarified. Thr warst coffe ever. It’s unbelievable to be drink such bad coffee anywhere in Italy. I will never visit this hotel
