Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this property. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Positive: Location, accessibility, spacious, adequate facilities, comfortable beds and parking.

Negative: This is not about the property but how l have been treated or being treated. I checked for one night, on 22/11/24, an adult family of 3. I have not received my deposit to date. The property is not responding to my messages, now nearly 2 weeks. I will be contacting Booking.com. This is not good customer service and clearly at this point, this is deceptive company.

Positive: Good value for money for a large group - was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfy. Good living room space for group and TV works well.

Negative: Had concerns about the damage deposit of £250 that needed to be bank transferred to their account before check in (called booking.com to ensure this was not a scam). There were already signs of damage when arriving in apartment (eg broken mirror, bedroom sofa/chair & marks on walls) so take pics of this when you arrive just in case. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned - I made 100% sure that no damage was caused by our group.
