Positive: Beautiful home, comfortable space.

Negative: Hot tub wasn't working properly and was low on water. The heat in the master bedroom ran constantly; we were unable to turn it down, which made made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Positive: Nice dining room, open kitchen & comfortable family room with a beautiful fireplace to accommodate a party of 10. We spent 1 rainy day watching a movie on the comfy couch with the huge, nice TV. The kitchen had everything we needed and most things worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Great for taking a walk right out the front door. We even saw 4 elk. Other than the downstairs bathroom, the house was clean. And had a great supply of blankets & bedding.

Negative: The guest bath downstairs let out a loud screech when flushed. The door handles to exit to the hot tub were very difficult to use. The thermostat for the house was located in the warmest room in the house. The house instructions said that the rooms had individual floor heaters. There were floor heaters and dials in each room. Only 1 of the dials in 1 room actually worked. All the other downstairs rooms had dials but they were just for looks. We were celebrating my mother turning 80 so we gave her the grand master suite. The heat in that room did not work and she was very cold. The shower in the master suite has been reconfigured but not everything worked. You could turn the down spout on or the shower head that came out of the ceiling but you couldn’t turn on the shower head mounted to the wall like a normal shower. The downstairs bathroom that was connected to a bedroom had mold on the ceiling and toothpaste on the wall when we arrived. All the chairs could use an allen wrench to tighten the legs. Upstairs is falling apart and dangerous. We tried to open a window and the crank and handle fell apart. My 70 year old aunt almost got crushed by the glass shower door when it fell off onto her as she tried to close it. My other aunt had to come to rescue her and the metal handle on the glass door fell off. My aunt is extremely lucky the door didn’t land on her foot. It would have crushed it for sure. On the surface the house looks nice and decently clean. But it needs maintenance and repairs to be safe.

Positive: Great location. Very beautiful. Well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. The yard was rolling so my toddler grandchildren loved rolling down the hill. Also had a hot tub, which my family used. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms. laundry, with both washer and dryer. Also had a great fireplace.

Summary: Family gathered from Boise and San Diego, grandparents attended the Sun Valley Music Festival.
