Located on a quiet & charming street in the Sans Souci neighborhood of Greenville. Newly renovated in 2022, our home is a short drive from nearby attractions. We’ve included plenty of amenities in this luxury stay so our guests can relax and unwind knowing they have everything they need and more! This home is the perfect stay for a romantic getaway, elevated business accommodation, or weekend retreat with friends.
We made this space for you in mind.
The space accommodates 4 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, both with lots of natural light and closet space. The first has a comfy king-size bed and a very luxurious and modern ensuite attached, which features double vanities and an amazing tile shower complete with a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private dedicated workspace for guests needing to get some work done during their stay. There is also a second full bathroom in the hall.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for cooking. It features beautiful countertops, new stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and even a coffee station! Enjoy your coffee in the dining area, curl up in the cozy living room, or breathe in the fresh air outside in the seating area!
There is also a full laundry room for your use.
Access is contact free. We use electronic locks that are programmed to a personal code for each guest. We send codes 3 days prior to arrival. There are 3 steps to the front entry.

This home is located in the Sans Souci community, just 2.7 miles outside downtown Greenville. We are on a quiet, residential street that is close to everything you may need during your stay. Starbucks, grocery (Ingles), Chipotle, Old Navy, Five Guys, and many other eateries and retailers are just a 5-minute drive away.
Downtown Greenville is a 7 min drive away. Here you will find many amazing stores, coffee shops, eateries, breweries, and nature walks. Paris Mountain State Park is also close by, along with many other trails and parks.
Getting around the neighborhood is easiest by car. There are also Uber and taxis available for hire.

Summary: Had a wonderful time in northwestern South Carolina hiking. Our VRBO home was beautifully remodeled and tastefully redecorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We could not have been happier.

Summary: Near to both Furman University and downtown Greenville. Master suite is very nice, owners provide a small coffee bar with Keurig supplies and snacks. Neighbors were quiet, heard no noise during the day or night. Very nice stay.

Summary: This was our first time in Greenville, SC and we really enjoyed it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Loved all the little comforts of home, especially the coffee station. What a great idea! The little touches in the bathroom in case you forgot some toiletries like razors, toothpaste etc. The bed was very comfortable. While at first I was a bit hesitant as we drove into the neighborhood, it was very quiet and friendly. Perfect location to get to Downtown Greenville and the surrounding areas. The hosts kept in touch and were very responsive. If ever we plan a trip back to Greenville, we would stay here again.

Summary: As a party of four adults, Greenville had something for everyone. The property is very modern internally but still maintained the charm and character of the Greenville history. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped, I would whole heartedly recommend this homestead to anyone looking for an accommodation in Greenville, just a few minutes drive to downtown with its beautiful parks, restaurants and shopping. Terry and Marci were attentive and helpful in all correspondence and dealings. First rate.

Summary: Marci & Terry provide the best home away from home experience, very clean, well appointed, every kitchen convenience…just add groceries! Beds are very comfortable and the ensuite bath is beautiful. Cycling to the Swamp Rabbit Trail was easy and the location provides great access to down town and further riding destinations. Overall it’s the best vacation rental we’ve experienced. Thank you!
