Positive: The bed was comfy and the shower was good. TV was big with streaming apps via apple TV. The kitchen was well stocked but could do with a decent knife and tongs. Kids enjoyed the pool table in the games room. Spa bath on the balcony was the highlight. The owner provided extra towels for the spa, also which was great.
Negative: When sitting on the balcony, some of the beautiful view is covered by the street trees.

Positive: I love the location of the property. Also, it was so lovely that everything inside was very well thought of.
Negative: On Wednesday, 15 January, we went to use the pool. It was very disappointing to see a family/friends of appr. 30 people taking over the pool area. They had glass bottles everywhere, ignoring the signs about glass in the pool area. I believe that not all were staying at the apartments but were invited there by their friends. We tried to use the table tennis room but they put their kids in there so they didn't have to worry about them. I noticed security cameras in the area and was hoping that someone would come and put some order in place so we can use the area. Unfortunately, nothing so we left.
Summary: This is the second year we stayed there as we loved the apartments, the location etc.

Positive: We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, which also boasted all the necessary utilities. Its convenient location was a bonus, and Louise truly stood out as a helpful and accommodating host, addressing all our queries promptly and efficiently.
Negative: We didn’t use the swimming pool since it was located downstairs in the basement
