Summary: We arrived at night so arrived at wring house at first. Thankfully it seemed vacant so we didnt disturb anyone. By morning, we weren't sure of the type of neighborhood, but all the neighbors were actually very friendly and quiet.

Summary: The place was nice plenty of room for 6 people and 2 guests during the day. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice patio to sit and relax. Loved that the door automatically locks specific hours nice added safety feature. Good communication with host and very receptive. There was a mixup at booking not due to the host and she sent message assuring me she would contact VRBO to let them know we were not cancelled and all worked out as she stated. We did not sit on the front steps but chairs looked inviting and comfortable. We would stay again if in the same situation as again nice place to get family together for our sons wedding 20 minutes away from the VRBO. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Summary: The only thing I would suggest, as a senior, is safety bars in the tub area. This was our first VRBO. We were there for a wedding. Perfect for what we needed. Over all impressed.

Summary: We couldn't have asked for a better VRBO for our visit to Charlotte! This brand-new home was fantastic and had everything we needed and more for our 4-day stay. Having 3 off-street parking spaces was fantastic for our family. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had away from home! Communication with the hosts was easy and fast. We never had an issue! We'll be back here when we're in the area! Thanks for a great stay!
