Summary: The property needs something telling guests how to work different things in the home. Needs to have check out instructions on what they expect. I was notified 2 hours before checkout that I needed to let Alexa know that I was leaving the home, i didn’t even know there was an Alexa in the home. The television in the master bedroom never worked. The wall in the master bedroom had a big glob of brown stuff on it by the closet.

Summary: Property itself was perfect! Downside property access key cards NEVER worked. We called numerous times and even visited the office about the issue. Therefore, we were unable to use the two pools and fitness center. Also, the female guards were very rude about the issue. Other than this issue it was perfect.

Summary: We had an excellent time during our stay at this property! It was very clean and had everything we were looking for in a vacation home/community. We loved the spaciousness of the home. We had 4 adults 2 teenagers and a 3 year old in our group. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool also. The beach club and private beach area was perfect. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 14334 Beach Heather Court was just the right size for our family of four. It is located within reasonable walking distance of the beach club (which is good because the shuttle does not pick up from this street and there is no parking at LKBC). Lost Key Resort offers many amenities and has the potential to be a very nice community. The private/gated beach club offers restrooms, showers, pool, snacks and beverages. Do NOT pay for chair rental. Chairs and umbrellas are included with your rental fee as owners pay for this yearly with HOA dues. Our unit was not very clean and would not offer enough linens, blankets etc. for a larger family or group. The kitchen was outfitted with minimal cooking utensils and plastic (!!!!) plates and bowls. We were disappointed with Perdido Key Resort Management. The staff was very rude and unprofessional at check-in. We were given the wrong address to pick up keys and information. We were provided with wrong information about the Beach Club. We were given the wrong wi-fi password. We will consider returning to Lost Key Resort but will book with a different management company in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Just needed some time away from the office and work. wanted someplace nice, nice weather, sand between my toes and great Seafood. Well, after not seeing this place for 32 years it was time to re-visit and see the changes.
