The Art House in Denver's chic Golden Triangle neighborhood is a 6-story masterpiece built around a central grand staircase illuminated by a glass rooftop. Top floor roof deck and 5th and 6th floor mountain view decks with comfy outdoor furniture for sunset views and gatherings.
Stunning architecture and high end furniture/finishes throughout; the house is fully stocked for a luxury stay. Huge, gourmet main kitchen with high-end appliances (double ovens) and breakfast/casual dining area, plus two kitchenettes (bar fridges; one with microwave) on other floors. Living room has a smart TV, gas fireplace, and soaring ceiling with enormous windows overlooking the private, interior courtyard and garden patio.
This is a 6000+ sq foot residence with a separate library/office, formal dining room and a sitting/music room with piano. High end furnishings, art throughout the house, with multiple areas to gather, to work or to seek out a private, quiet place to relax. Two of the bedrooms have their own living room/den areas for work or lounging.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths and multiple gathering and private work/resting areas with sofas, daybeds, desks, etc the townhouse is ideal for large family groups, girlfriends getaways and corporate brainstorming or out of town convention employee accommodations - there is large white board available for brainstorming sessions - as well as luxury, romantic and cultural stays for couples and groups of friends. Summary: We rented this house for my daugther’s graduation. We needed a space that was close to DU, had separate living spaces for several different family and friends. It was perfect. This house is absolutely stunning. We have been coming to Denver for the last four years and this house is by far the most beautiful and comfortable property that we have stayed at. We also worked with Chef Camille, who was recommended by the property owner, to come up with a wonderful menu and lunch for my daughter's graduation. It was nothing less than spectacular. I would highly recommend this property and all of its amenities. It created great and long lasting memories of this very special occasion.

Summary: I shared the house with several colleagues to attend a conference at the convention center. Having the bedrooms spread out over multiple floors gave us each a sense of privacy and space, but it was great to have the common main floor to spend the time in as well. The kitchen was gorgeous, as was the rest of the house. It was about a 20 minute walk to the convention center, which was kind of nice in the good weather. And the house is also within a half block of an amazing coffee shop (Metropolis) and one block from of the best sandwich places I've ever eaten at (Leven). It's also a 3-5 minute walk from museums and the park. The only thing to possibly keep in mind is that the fourth (ground floor) bedroom does not have a full bath, so if sharing with colleagues, someone should be OK with walking a few flights up in a towel to borrow someone else's bathroom :) I'd say it brought us closer! Overall: stellar house, stellar location, stellar host. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week!
