Summary: We are from SF bay area and came to the region to enjoy some wine, fine good and some outdoor activities. Loved the location, very quiet, peaceful neighbor hood. Great views from the patio. Enjoyed the hottub. The accommodations were perfect for two of us. We drove out to the coast for some hiking and it was a short drive. Would definitely return for another visit.

Summary: Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed every minute of our relaxing peaceful stay. We came into town for the WhaleRock festival and chose to stay at the studio because of it’s proximity to the venue. This quiet, clean studio had everything we needed. We took your advice of recommended restaurants for breakfast and dinner and they didn’t disappoint! Thanks!

Summary: Loved the location, central to everything. Easy access and communication with owner fast and easy. Only thing was spider webs and the biggest black widow spider on the hot tub cover was not my wife’s favorite. Besides that loved it. Thanks again!

Summary: My husband and I went for our 40th anniversary. It was just what we wanted. Beautiful scenery, quiet and private, and a jacuzzi! We enjoyed a day in Morro Bay just 35 minutes away. I would highly recommend for couples.

Summary: My wife and I loved the place - the view from the patio and hot tub as well as walking around the picturesque surrounding neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and we recommend sipping a cup of coffee on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the green pastures while listening to the birds.

Summary: Great visit. The actual room is very large and spacious. Well appointed. Love the tall ceilings/ high doors. Hot tub was great. Bed was comfortable. Very nice being in a gated property out in the peace and quiet of the country. I didn't know much about Templeton CA before but it a great town with some great places to eat. Very close to Paso and wineries. Highly recommend.

Summary: House was wonderful. The house is private with a nice sunrise view. Perfectly located for access to tons of restaurants and wineries. Bed was comfortable and rules were in line with other VRBOs I have stayed in. Note for the owners, the hot water was turned off in the kitchen sink. We didnt want to touch it, because we figured there must be a reason.

Summary: It was my wife's birthday weekend and I wanted to provide her with a nice getaway in the Paso Robles wine region. We were very impressed with the location -- right on the edge of Templeton with views for miles and short drives to lots of wineries. The suite was unique as well! It's built on the end of a very large modern barn, is open plan and really well equipped. First of all the soaring ceiling height and wood beams set the standard for this very appealing space. At one end there's a very well equipped kitchen in the middle of the space is a large living room area with the slider out to deck, and then at the other end of the spaces is a king size bed and a large bathroom. The experience was enhanced by super soft towels, high quality bedding and in the kitchen, there's everything you could need for preparing a meal. The beautiful patio area features lots of seating and a spotless hot tub with lots of privacy. Everything worked perfectly so we are very happy to give this a wholehearted 5 star rating!
