Positive: We liked the apartment very much and its location, next to a supermarket and huge gym, with cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The security of the building was very good and the area seemed relatively safe. The sofa bed was very large and comfortable for our daughter and easy to put up and down.Shower and kitchen facilities were very good. We loved the concierge’s little dog Simba! The main bed was large, but a little too soft for us. The great view from the windows was spoiled a bit by the scaffolding and netting, as renovation work, which we had not been told about, was taking place during the whole of our 11 night stay. It was rather strange to have workers walking past our 10th floor window while we were having breakfast!

Summary: In general we liked the apartment very much and had a very enjoyable stay.

Positive: Great location with supermarket and kebab shop downstairs and lots of bars restaurants along the road. Lovely secure apartment with nice view of Paris. Jean Jacques was attentive and kind. Fits a family of 4 and the sofa bed very comfortable.

Positive: The flat is on 10th Floor of a very well maintained clean building. Nice neighbours. We were allowed to check in earlier than 3 pm. Communication with the owner and her brother who provided us with the keys was excellent. The flat is nicely decorated and clean. Toilet is separate to the spacious bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi . Complementary Netflix. great shower and comfortable beds. We were nicely surprised by a welcome gift of Brut. A bottle of water was also provided as well as Coffee capsules. Also a coffee machine for people like us who prefer brewing coffee. Good supply of hand wash, shower gel and shampoo and toilet paper. Nice big fridge. Two TVs. A very good washing machine and dryer Lots of storage for clothes etc. We did extend our stay.and we are still staying in the flat as I am writing this review. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Very safe building. We were not disturbed by any unbearable noise.

Negative: Not enough light in the bedroom.

Summary: A cosy beautiful flat with all the necessities.

Positive: The apartment is near the metro about 6 mins walk . Next to the apartment there was a supermarket and some restaurant. The kitchen had all you needed. Fatima was friendly and tried to help when you ask for something.

Negative: The toilet could of been more cleaner and the shower would over flow sometimes

Positive: The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need for a few days of vacation. Very close to public transport. On the boulevard on which it is located, there are many terraces and shops. I highly recommend!
