Positive: Location, facilities and cleanliness were all really good. Lot's of space in the house. Spacious garden. Nice pool. Has washing amenities. Garage. Nice kitchen.

Negative: Wi-Fi reception in the basement wasn't optimal. Some small tid-bits around the house need fixing.

Positive: The space was fantastic, the pool and outdoor area was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and supermarket was a 4 min walk away. BBQ was great to have onsite and the house was to a really high standard.

Negative: Unfortunately not the fault of the owners but the neighbours dog barked constantly as it was kept outside , while we were at the pool and into the small ours of the morning then again as soon as we entered any out door space of our villa in the next day. We respectfully abided by the times to make noise outside so this was frustrating.

Summary: Would absolutely stay again.

Positive: The location was perfect. Nice quiet residential area with a brilliant supermarket at the end of the road which offered just about everything. Lots of space (both inside and out) for all the family to be together or, go and chill to read if preferred. The pool is a great size which we all enjoyed very much in the seville sunshine. There are lots of loungers to sunbathe on. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Easy access to the owner for any questions.

Negative: Mirrors in every room would be good and a chest of drawers too in the twin. Pool towels would be a nice touch. These are just my thoughts not a criticism at all!

Positive: Spacious, comfortable and modern villa with a nice pool in a quiet suburb of Seville but within 5 minutes of the end-of-the-line metro station , offering a half-hour ride to the heart of the city.

Negative: The owner’s telephone number is written on the information sheet in the hall but note she lives in New York , so don’t try turning the number into a Spanish one. +1 at the start means 001 (for the US).
