Summary: Clean and well equipped cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed the many decks to hang out on. The times when it does rain you have pool, shuffleboard etc to play. Plus the bottom deck is covered. Good fishing. Only thing I’d say is bring water shoes. It’s shallow with some rocks and weds etc. Would recommend.

Summary: Such a beautiful property with wonderful space. The private beach volleyball court is an absolute plus. Upper deck is very spacious for large groups and all 3 floors very well maintained. Would recommend anytime for anyone especially a large group. This is truly a one of a kind property

Summary: We had a wonderful time for our group of 11 people. Despite a day of rain, we enjoyed the pool table, games, hot tub and ability to just relax in a wonderful setting. When the sun came out we hit the bike trails in the Kawarthas and then came back to kayak, swim, and continue to relax. Kitchen allowed us to easily get our meals prepared, bedrooms were comfortable, and there were many areas in and out of the house to relax and catch up with good friends.
