Positive: The location was the most advantageous aspect of this rental. However, I would hesitate to consider staying here again. We have visited Civitavecchia on several occasions for cruises. While this location was the best, it was not the most suitable rental. We have also stayed in motels and bed and breakfasts in the area. We walked to the pick up location for the shuttle to the cruise terminal. It was a short walk.

Negative: The listing depicts a table and chairs on the balcony, which was not present in reality. Additionally, the listing shows a coffee maker next to the microwave, which was also absent. The water pressure at the shower was significantly reduced. Furthermore, the listing indicates a complimentary airport shuttle service to the location, which was not provided. Upon contacting the property owners, they suggested referring me to a taxi driver for pricing discussions. The view from the unit is obstructed by a parking lot, a playground, and the rear of a neighboring school. For reference, there are seven steps to the lobby elevator, should you encounter any difficulties with stairs. Dish towels or paper towels were not provided. All upholstered furniture was covered with drop cloths. Please refer to the accompanying images for further clarification.

Summary: Enjoyable because of the location, if you are going on a cruise. Close to a bakery and market.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious, clean and located in proximity to the port, bakery, pharmacy, small shops, cafe, many restaurants and even a supermarket. The couple managing the place is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. They made our stay pleasant and easy. They went out of their way to provide walking directions to all the places we inquired about and provided recommendations for their favorite spots to eat at. We were able to make arrangements for a taxi to pick us up from Rome airport and travel conveniently to the apartment. Highly recommend this place and the team that works so hard to make it great!

Positive: Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean and located in a great place for us to get bus for our cruise. Corrado and his wife were great hosts. They met us at the gate to introduce themselves and let us in the gate. They were able to give us great information and directions to places to shop and eat! So helpful! Great stay!
