Positive: I fell in love with this apartment from the second I drove up the narrow cobblestone street to the property. I’ve never been to this exact area before, but I immediately fell in love and would move here tomorrow if I could. I typically stay with family when I’m in the area, so this was my first time booking a place of my own—and I’m so glad I did, because it was the perfect little retreat tucked away among the mountains, chestnut trees, and the most beautiful views of the area (all things I don’t necessarily have at my family’s house, including the privacy, HA HA!). I found myself spending a lot of time on the balcony, which had stunning mountain views on one side and the valley on the other. I also discovered a lovely trail near the apartment through the chestnut trees which was one of the highlights of the stay. The apartment had everything I could need and felt brand new. The bathroom even had a washing machine, which was perfect for catching up on laundry after being away for some time. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking every day. I barely wanted to leave and found myself just wanting to relax and enjoy the calm, tranquil environment. The owners were incredibly friendly. I met Carmine upon arrival, and he walked me through the apartment, explained everything clearly, and handed me the keys. He was also very responsive and available for any questions through the platform, and even offered to bring an extra drying rack when I wanted to dry some clothes inside. I truly wish I could have stayed longer and would absolutely look to return in the future.

Negative: The WiFi was a bit spotty, so if you rely on WiFi or need to work on your phone or laptop, it’s best to have mobile data as a backup. I shared this with the owners, and they seemed aware of the issue.

Positive: The stay was great. It was totally clean and everything you need was there. The owner was very friendly and helpful and could also speak English. The location is nice and quiet and there is a shop 2 minutes away by car. A parking space is also available.

Positive: Lux Domus is a wonderful family place. Nice, spacious, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need and even more, e.g. a car vacuum cleaner, very useful before returning the car to the rental :) It easily accommodated 3 adults and 3 children. Great comfort. Helpful owners, treated us to fruit from their own garden, lemons, figs, They shared garlic when we ran out while preparing dinner :) To sum up, Lux Domus is a wonderful place with a family Italian atmosphere. I recommend this apartment with a clear conscience!
