Positive: Right on beach! House is old school comfortable! We loved it!

Negative: Deck roof partially off causing deck to have standing water on it.

Positive: House is very clean and tidy. Nicely appointed, though very "old school" -- mid century throughout. Main king bed is very comfortable, and property is nice and quiet at night. Nice deck and beautiful view of Port Susan Bay!

Negative: Pretty frustrating that after 3 stays at this place, and multiple times reaching out to get a code so we could add apps to the TV, that there was zero response from the owner. Getting in and out of the shower is treacherous -- a proper grab bar needs to be installed.

Positive: We brought our own food; no breakfast provided. The kitchen very well equipped. Location was excellent: quiet road, view of the water, sitting and eating furniture on the deck. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathroom.

Negative: For your guests' safety I strongly recommend a grab bar in the shower. Being an older guest, I was reluctant to use the shower.
