Positive: Staff went above and beyond, they would remember my name and greet me, help if I had questions, point out the best restaurants in the area. Held my bags before and after I checked out. Gabriel was fantastic and so considerate of the guests experience. Ana who does the massages is incredible and I highly recommend booking in a treatment with her! Well worth it.

Positive: This is my 4th stay now and it's the only place I will stay when I pass through or visit Lisbon. I love everything about it, the small modern touches, the smell, the breakfast, the staff, the lighting ...
Negative: One time the staff member tried to seat me outside the breakfast room becuase I was 1 person and he wanted to keep the tables for 2+, didn't apreciate that but I asked someone else and was immediatly sat inside.

Positive: Gabriel from reception was very kind and helped us throughout the stay. Very comfortable room. Easy transaction. Would stay again.
Negative: Cleanliness of the room including the bathroom could have been better. No full length mirror or seat below the vanity table

Positive: Extremely atmospheric hotel, clean and amazing staff. We got a free upgrade that we absolutely loved! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and we could use facilities after check out for the entire day.

Positive: The staff were very kind, and even gave my girlfriend a complimentary bottle of wine and cake for her birthday without us admin or mentioning it. The facilities in the room were high quality and very modern, and the housekeeping was also excellent. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool.
Negative: Everything about the hotel was perfect, but it was a bit further away from the centre than others. It was nice to be away from the crowds though!

Positive: - Staff were incredible. They offered sight-seeing advice, made a killer cocktail, fit a late roomservice order my small daughter (who suddenly decided at 10:45 pm she was hungry!), and generally went above and beyond. Courteous, professional and well presented. - Room was a generous size, bed was comfortable. - Leisure facilities were well stocked, and pool was a pleasant temperature. - Breakfast was varied and well prepared - little choccies on the pillows!
Negative: Nothing negative whatsoever. Would return and will recommend to friends.
Summary: Would give 6/5 stars if I could.
