Positive: This is an amazing property that gives a unique experience in Lapland. The host Hari was so welcoming and being driven to the property on his ski mobile across the frozen river was a real highlight. The accommodation is a perfect mix of cabin in the woods with every home comfort and even the eco toilet was a memorable experience. The large woodfired sauna was a treat. the whole place exuded calm and rest. And we all enjoyed Hari's dog Piké coming to stay

Positive: Harri really has put a lot of thought into the equipment of the cabin. Everything you could need is there (even spices for cooking). It's very family friendly. Since the lake was frozen, it was easy for us to get to the cabin from our car. In summer, you will have to go by boat. If you get the chance to book a dinner cooked by Harri - do it! He is an excellent cook and the dinner was made from local ingredients like mushrooms and berries, that he has foraged himself. Also, he has 5 cute dogs of all sizes who are very friendly. I hope I can come back one day to his wonderful cabin!
