Positive: Beautiful property with very warm thoughtful touches. You receive little gifts each day in your room that are unique to the hotel and it is little things like this which make a cosy and lovely stay. Staff is amazing, especially Gabriella at reception who’s exceptionally helpful and considerate. Food is great and while I’m not usually one to stay in hotels for meals, we actually had dinner at Lupaia almost every night during our stay as they have a different menu by the day (pancakes at breakfast are also a must try!), and each and every one was very very good. I also took with me my wedding dinner gown (my wedding was a few days before my stay here) which had to be cleaned, and the staff was kind enough to offer to do some delicate washing for me (I forgot the girl’s name but she was an absolute star and delight!) and my gown came back in perfect condition as she was so careful with it. All in all, it was an amazing hotel with beautiful structure and surroundings, super warm staff and personal touches. Would not hesitate to book again when I revisit Tuscany!
