Positive: I loved my homestay, the calm village, and the people who hosted me

Negative: One thing to keep in mind is that Grab doesn't work here, so you have to contact the property and arrange transportation from Mae Kampong village to the homestay. You won't be able to walk to the homestay or hail a cab from the van station.

Positive: Right up in the mountains, a peaceful and calm atmosphere with the most attentive host a guest could ask for. Breakfast was served to me on my private balcony each morning and the sound of the ever present waterfall soothed any hints of my residual stress. Essential items are all catered for in the room and my host was very generous with breakfast treats!

Negative: Nothing because the location is so peaceful, simplicity is welcomed.

Positive: The breakfast was fantastic, rice porridge, baked eggs in a pan and a special local pumpkin pudding, khanom Waan! The view of the village is beautiful, especially as the sun rises over the hills.

Summary: This was my second time here and I will go back again! I'm always welcomed and looked after so well.
