Positive: The lake is right there, and the owner gave us free access to various boats and we were able to explore the lake. Loved the fact that all the boats there have electric motors, so there was 0 noise polution. The kitchen was well equiped, the room spacious and clean.

Negative: The yard was undergoing renovation / construction, so it was not much to look at. It is temporary, and I understand it had to be done, but I cannot find anything else I did not like, so.. :)

Summary: All in all, perfect for a short stay.
