Positive: This apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped and decorated with a reto feel. It was perfect for our family of 4 - the size gave everyone their own space, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. It was the best of the 9 apartments we utilised during our trip to Italy.

Negative: The biggest issue is probably the way its advertised. This apartment sleeps 7 but it is not a 3 bedroom apartment. The 'third' bedroom is open, used as a lounge/sitting area, and lacks privacy. The other potential downside is that it is a bit of a distance (40 minute walk, seven stops on the metro) from the centre of Milan.

Summary: A fantastic apartment in a quiet area and close to the City Life district.

Positive: Good contact with the host. In the apartment a lot of space, clean, cozy and quiet, bed and pillows comfortable.

Positive: If you look for a good location, value oriented 4 bedrooms apartment in Milano this is one of the best options. Remote host was responsive and helpful. All clean and tidy. Complementary sparkling wine waiting in a fridge was a good start and surprise :)

Negative: Some minor items in apartment need some fixing, but nothing that would make your stay problematic.

Positive: As advertised, it is large and in a quiet area. Nice balcony overlooking some tennis courts. Facilities are good - two bathrooms, a kitchen and had an iron. The owners were responsive and friendly.

Negative: Shower temperature was difficult to control going from cold to very hot rapidly. No clothes storage in bedrooms - no where to hang clothes for example.
