Positive: From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. First, I completely fell in love with the owner Katerina — she is such a lovely, amazing, funny, warm and welcoming person. She has such a good heart and beautiful soul, and she made me feel more like a friend than a guest. ❤️ And then I fell in love with the apartment! 🥰 It is honestly the best apartment I have ever stayed in through Booking.com. It had absolutely everything I could possibly need, and even things I never expected to find. The attention to detail was incredible — there were even baby wipes, both small and large packages, things for children, and so many little extras that make you feel like the owner truly cares about her guests. You could arrive without bringing many of your own things and still have everything you need. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful, welcoming and extremely well equipped. You can tell that everything has been prepared with love and with the guest’s comfort in mind. I will definitely stay here every time I am in Alexandroupoli, and I will recommend this apartment to all of my friends and family visiting Greece. Thank you so much for making my stay so special. ❤️ I didn’t just find a beautiful apartment — I met a beautiful person too. I can’t wait to come back! 🇬🇷❤️

Positive: Everything was amazing! The location is very central, the apartment was spotless, the furniture was new, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We found in the apartment everything we needed. The host, Katerina, was very friendly, welcomed us warmly, and provided us with all the information we needed. She also gave us great recommendations for beautiful places to visit. Definitely a place we would love to return to!

Positive: Modern, furnished rooms with all necessary facilities, plus wonderful hospitality from the owner, Katerina. She was very helpful and treated us like her own guests. Thanks to her wonderful attitudes and nice gift.
Negative: Parking the car is difficult because the city center is always crowded. However, we managed by parking an 8-minute walk away, so it is manageable

Positive: An absolute dream of a place for anyone looking to relax and unwind. We stayed for only three days but wished we could have stayed much longer. The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home. Our host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, from leaving us coffee and little treats to recommending the best beaches, restaurants, shops, and taxi services. We loved the apartment so much that we even spent our last evening in, watching movies and simply enjoying the space. A truly wonderful stay — we’ll definitely be back, hopefully for much longer next time! 🤍

Positive: A very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. We were very pleased with our stay. The hostess, Katerina, was very kind and attentive. It's a renovated, spotlessly clean place. Our hostess has thought of every detail. We felt right at home. We didn't experience anything negative. It was in a very central location, very close to the shopping street and the beach. We will recommend it to all our friends going to Alexandroupoli.

Positive: One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in on all my trips, very clean, organized, with a pleasant smell, with all the necessary toiletries, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook and much more... I was surprised because, in person, it is much better and bigger than in the photos, all the TVs are smart TVs and large, the rooms have extra towels and bedding, and the house smelled great throughout my stay. I am happy to have found such a cozy place and such a wonderful host as Katerina, who welcomed me very warmly from start to finish. Her energy is as wonderful as her home. It is 100% recommended and I hope to return there again.

She might just be the most wonderful person I’ve ever met 😍 If you’re lucky enough, sit down for a meal and a chat with her — she’ll warm your heart within minutes! Honestly, one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a long time 🍯 Her house is the kind of place that makes you go, “Okay, I could just move in and stay forever.” She’s decorated it with so much love that you can literally feel it — you see it in her eyes when she talks about it, and you feel it the second you walk in 💕 Every little detail is thought through, it’s totally “pack your bag and stay a month” ready. As for the location — it’s perfectly balanced: peaceful and central. In short: if you ever find yourself in Alexandroupoli, stop looking for other places. If Katerina’s hosting, you’ve already found your home 🏡✨
