2-bedroom 2 bath home in a well-established and safe neighborhood only 6-8 minutes from Texas Tech. This location is perfect for small and medium sized groups. This house can sleep 5 with its comfy couch, a 55" smart TV, DirecTV in the living room, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses. Parking on the street, plenty of room for 2 vehicles and even a trailer. Cleaning fee is $125. You will be charged for pet damage/cleaning.
Each of the two bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Both bedrooms contain king beds. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as bedroom lamps, and sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy leather sectional that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. There are also additional chairs for seating. This area has a 55" Roku enabled TV with local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling as well as the laundry area.
The dining area has a rectangular dining room table with seating for 4-5 guests.

Summary: We loved our stay in this adorable house. Lots of room, clean, and the place smelled fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with any pan or gadget you could desire. Even coffee pods and creamer so we didn't have to rush to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. We spent alot of time in the back yard under the tree. We had a perfect stay

Summary: This is a great little house for your next stay in Lubbock. Very, very clean and well-maintained. Extremely comfy beds, nice sofa & recliner in the living room, and TVs in both bedrooms in addition to living room. We were even able to catch our favorite MLB team on the Direct TV. Kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, if that's your vibe. Very nice patio with picnic table, patio chairs, and a swing to sit out and enjoy the shade. Very dog-friendly with plenty of room for pup to play around and stretch out.Although not advertised as accessible, it was very easy for my husband, who uses a walker and sometimes a wheel chair, to navigate into the house... one curb, and a small step-up into the house.This home is just minutes from the TTU campus, a minute from the mall, and a plethora of dining options just around the corner.Excellent communications with the owner, whom I contacted before booking to ask about accessibility. She also checked to make sure everything was fine after we arrived, but definitely did not intrude or hover!Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Lubbock. It's cozy, clean, and while not fancy, had everything we needed while we were there. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Stayed here to celebrate a family birthday. The house was clean and well provisioned. Nice touches like live plants and frother beside the coffee maker. Small compact space with a nice backyard area. Pets welcomed with their own dishes. Pam was great and respondes quickly to our needs.
