Come and relax at our beautiful 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom home with a resort-like back yard. Redlands is centrally located, close to Loma Linda, Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, Oak Glen, Calimesa, Banning and Beaumont.
This home is located in a well-established neighborhood with large trees. There is plenty of room both inside and outside the house. The back yard has a putting green, solid covered patio, fire pit, and built-in B B Q. You will feel pampered in the upgrades of this home.
Pets are allowed with prior approval. No cats allowed on the property. There is a pet fee of $500 per pet and $150 monthly pet rent per pet.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this glorious house. Everything we needed was there - it is fabulously well equipped and has plenty of linen and towels. It suited our purposes very well (3 adults, a toddler and two newborns), was flexible enough to house additional visitors and the outside space is fantastic. The hosts are perfect hosts and very charming. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Summary: The Redlands house was comfortable. Felt like home. Great for our family holiday gathering. Hostess Pamala Schwarz was attentive, great to work with. Friendly, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown, restaurants, supermarket, shopping. Redlands well located for day trips to beach, mountains, wineries, Palm Springs.

Summary: We stayed here for a family wedding. There were two families for a total of 12 people. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and no one had to sleep on the floor. We loved the backyard! We all loved the pool, hot tub, mini-golf and BBQ out back. The back porch has comfy helicopter chairs, misters and fans to keep it cool and large tables to eat, play cards or just chat. There were plenty of towels for all of us and plenty of space in the home. We never felt crowded. I was a little hesitant with just two bathrooms for all of us but that was never a problem. The bedrooms all have mirrored closets so that helped as well as both bathrooms have doors that separate the toilet from the sinks. Pam was great to work with and was very friendly, helpful and patient with questions. She came over and met us and answered any questions we had and was available during our stay for anything we needed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and is deceptively small from the outside. It is very spacious inside. It looks like it has been updated and the paint, flooring, furniture and kitchen are all in new condition. Loved it and if we are ever there again will stay!

Summary: We had a fantastic experience in Redlands. The house is understated from the front and inside is like a beautiful resort. Every bedroom had a nice new bed, the amenitiesamenities were all updated. The back yard was exactly how i'd want my backyard to look if i lived in California. Beautiful! Pool, hot tub, putting green, grill, shade space. The only thing missing was a bartender and a masseuse:) The Schwarz's were great to work with! We were there for our daughters wedding so it made the experience so much better for us than staying in a hotel. It was a perfect weekend. I highly recommend! Dr. Tim Harlow

Summary: Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The property was clean, well furnished with plenty of room for a family to relax and enjoy together, without having to go anywhere! We came to here for our daughters graduation from University of Redlands and this proved to be the primo spot for our extended family to meet, stay altogether in a comfortable and entertaining setting. Great outdoor BBQ and dining area and the pool and putting green just made it all the more fun. I would highly recommend this place to families wishing to visit their students at UR without having to stay in a hotel. Thanks Pam and Roger for making our graduation memories all the more special!

Summary: My family stayed at this home for my sister's wedding at Serendipity Garden (which was only about 20 minutes away). There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 4 children (ages 7 months - 7 years) to spread out comfortably. Upon arrival after a long drive, the cleanliness and coziness of the home was both warm and welcoming. I was especially impressed with the quality of the amenities. The beds / sheets / blankets were incredibly comfortable and felt premium. The towels were thick and fluffy, and plentiful. Paper towels were available in each bathroom to help with hand-drying. The carpet was clean and plush. There were full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the bathrooms, which was definitely a nice touch. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating for meals, without feeling crowded. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable enough to allow my children in the water. Also, when contacting the owner during our stay, the owner was responsive and provided good customer service. They answered our questions and made us feel welcome, and even offered suggestions on how to make our stay even more comfortable and convenient, which spoke volumes of the kindness and generosity in their character. Not only would I recommend this property to our friends and relatives, we would definitely stay there again ourselves as well! We were so grateful to have found this property for our stay!
