Negative: Everything is running old in this hotel, no parking, you should park on the street. The windows can’t be closed fully, even one of them didn’t have a lock.

Negative: We also made a reservation for parking as stated in the conditions. When we arrived they parked us on the street in front of the hotel, saying that there was no problem (they went out with us and showed us a spot in front of an access gate in a courtyard, but they said it was out of use and that it was no problem). The next day, when we were leaving, there was another person at the reception and they told us that we had a problem with the parking, that we had been reported for parking where we were not allowed. We explained that at their direction we parked there with a parking reservation and they apologized, offering to go to the police station next to the hotel to explain that it was their fault and they said not to give us a fine since it was not our fault. They went to the police and came back saying that everything was fine if we left in 5 minutes. They apologized for the incident and assured us that everything was fine. of course it wasn't like that, at customs when we left Turkey we were forced to pay a parking fine. Very bad!!! miserable room with unchangeable bedding!!! I don't recommend it!! be careful, totally unserious!!

Positive: Large building with nice facilities on the ground floor. At entering the room it looks massive, clean and very plush. Lovely shower! Male staff were very attentive, sorting taxis and keeping luggage after checking out. Location is good, close to main streets, few minutes ride to the bus station. (Do check if your room has a private or shared bathroom!!!)

Negative: It urgently needs maintenance. The basin’s faucet was loose, so was the tower rail. The duvet was smaller than than bed. Poor pillows and poor lighting. No cutlery on the kitchenette, just 1 glass and 1 mug.

Summary: OK for a few days

Positive: Well positioned.

Negative: The hotel is not well maintained, the cleanliness is not excellent and there is not much to eat at breakfast. The hotel is not very cheap so it could be better maintained.
