Positive: The location is wonderful. You have access to all the floating markets from here and there are tons of them. The bed was comfortable, and after 3pm it is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast at your choice of a few local food shops is included. The one staff member we interacted with was so nice!!

Negative: No screens on the front doors allow a lot of mosquitoes in. The walls have zero sound proofing so you can hear everything outside and that neighbors are doing. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Can be hard to find since it isn’t on a map. If you can find the white bridge (photo below) you have found the hotel.

Summary: Great if you want a local experience with an amazing location!

Positive: location is excellent. Also very quiet and screen after 5 pm. if you are luck you see a variant swimming.

Negative: The bed is hard the headrests too soft.

Positive: - The place is newly renovated. Everything worked well. - Breakfast idea is good (some sort of tokens were provided and we could redeem it for food or drink at a local food shop within the community). - The location is connected to Damnoen Saduak market. If that's your main to-go place, this location is ideal. - Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Negative: - We wished we had received some instructions on how to get to the place / where to park / wi-fi password etc. - There were no signs in the area. Because when we were there the place had just been opened, local people had not even heard of it. Took a while before someone realized and showed us where it was. - Strongly recommended to have a mosquito net installed in the living room area. At dusk, there were a lot of mosquitos and we needed to escape from living room to bedroom when in fact we still would like to enjoy the local scenery. - Occasional loud motor boat sounds during the late night. Woke us up everytime. I know this has nothing to do with the place itself but it's right next to the water. And then loads of motor boat sounds would start from 4.30am.
