Positive: Great for family awe from city center. Wadince room size out side yards car parking Avery thing is great. Windfall and excillant for family . Escape vicatoin 15 to 20 Minute from city center.

Positive: The Lowood Cottage is a lovely spot just a bus ride outside of Edinburgh, with excellent amenities, a gorgeous view, and attentive hosts. It was cozy, but in the sense that it was very comfortable, not small! It ended up being quite large, and our group of four was able to get settled in with plenty of room to spare.
Negative: As a note to guests, make sure you allocate beds appropriately amongst yourselves! The two twin beds are understandably not quite big enough for a taller adult, and probably best left for shorter traveling companions or children. The other beds, however, are bigger than advertised.
Summary: We had a lovely stay in the Scottish countryside just west of Edinburgh.

Positive: Great location, 3 min walk to the bus to Edinburgh. Excellent accommodation with useful items available in the kitchen. Also close to Queensferry for a variety of restaurants and pubs with great views - 10 minute drive at most.
