This stunning 4 bedroom 4 bath Estate has a 3 car garage and sits on a quiet secluded corner lot with views of the famous Chapman Lake in beautiful Lutz, FL, a privileged community of north Tampa!
Finished in 2013 this amazing palace is the home of your dreams and features a professionally designed kitchen including custom Brazilian Rosewood cabinets, granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. This Estate offers a HUGE master bedroom suite with queen size canopy bed, futon and 65 inch wall mounted LED tv , included is the master bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and walk-in closet. Main entertaining areas have ceramic tile throughout, breathtaking 30 ft ceilings, white Italian leather sectional, 200 inch projection wall and projector with Bose surround system that makes for great movie nights! The amenities throughout the 4 bathrooms feature shower/tub combo, his and her sinks, (so ladies you will never have to share a sink with your husband again) Brazilian Rosewood cabinets, granite counter tops, ceramic tile flooring, fixtures and custom sky lighting. Over 6500 sq ft of living space and luxury from top to bottom! I can go on and on about how great this property is.. but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!

Summary: The home was clean and spacious. I do believe they need new towels though. But everything else was amazing.

Summary: Our experience overall was great! The house is huge and spacious for large families. Only complaint we had was the furniture and the bedroom layout, It's definitely time to invest in some new furniture and also it would be great to remove one of the bunk beds and replace them with two full size beds. Add another queen size bed to the room that have no bed at all, the host does provide and air mattress but unfortunately it was broken. The third bedroom have a regular size bed but it's an extremely low so if you have any knee problems please stay away from this room. Mattress bedroom and backyard area was absolutely perfect. Customer service was also great.

Summary: We had an AMAZING time at this property. It was close to the attractions, restaurants, and fun. Had plenty of room for everyone in my party. Summary: Myself and friends stayed at Mike’s place during my Bachelor Party Trip to Tampa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was as advertised and spacious enough to accommodate 9 guys. Mike was on top of communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups of adults or a mix of adults and children!

Summary: My family and my brother’s family from New York met here to stay close to my third brother’s place in Lutz. This house was awesome for our Christmas vacation. Plenty of room - and great communication from the property manager. Very prompt at check-out and letting us know we left our niece’s music instrument behind. Great experience all around.

Summary: The house was perfect for our annual football trip with the guys. The patio and grill were used extensively. Mike was responsive throughout the stay but we did have one major difference. The futon/sofa had been removed due to wear and tear, and the air mattress that was supposed to be there was missing. Mike said buy two air mattresses and he would to reimburse me, which he did. I also stated I would need sheets for the air mattresses and he said purchase them because they were locked in the supply closet, however after I provided him with the receipts (~$27) he said he would not pay for sheets because that is not bedding and they are a one time use. I have never heard of such a thing, sheets being one-time use because the sheets on the other beds were not new. I left the sheets to both air mattresses because those sheets are no different than the ones on the other beds. The dishwahser leaked and we had to resort to hand washing dishes (bummer for guys on vacation). I could not get over the fact Mike refused to pay for sheets that are required for a mattress. He said he could get us sheets the next day, but no one wants to sleep without sheets, a basic necessity. We spent over $2300 for the weekend and was refused a reimbursement for ~$27. The house was spacious and clean but the furnishings were dated and worn. It is the exact same furnishings when built as viewed on 2013 video.

Summary: I really enjoyed this stay. We came to take the kids to the amusement park. The house is huge and located close to Busch Gardens and the beach. We had an amazing time with the exception of the mosquitoes. Bring your plenty of off for outside. Mike was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Overall good stay….
