Summary: We rented this property for our family and friends this August. The house has spectacular views and breezes from every window. The common space is perfect for gathering and relaxing. We will certainly visit again if we need housing in Old Lyme in the future.

Summary: The home is a wonderful blend of old and new. The kitchen is amazing (could use a stand alone ice maker) and works well for 6 people to be preparing meals at one time. The home is vintage 60s but that is its charm. The expanse of water views is incredible. Very peaceful and quiet. Room to roam, both inside and out..The whole family really enjoyed it. We thank the Griswold family for sharing this very special place. P.s. would be absolutely delightful in the fall with a fire in the fireplace , looking out over the water. Can't get any better than that! The Grays
