Summary: This is a great little apartment - perfectly clean and well equipped with a friendly welcome from Rubi. We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay. It is very close to shops / bars / restaurants etc which is very convenient but we did find that there was quite a lot of noise overnight because of this but probably no more than you would expect from some where so centrally located.

Summary: We (2 person) stayed for a week in October, the weather was still comfortable with 25 degrees and most of the time not rainy. Rubi was a communicative and helpful host and fast to contact when we had a question. The apartment is as described and pretty quiet, despite you can hear a karaoke bar down the street and the garbage collection comes in the evening. Kitchen has everything that you need but no oven. We can definitely recommend Calla d'Or and this apartment in October.

Summary: Apartment was ideal for our 10 day stay in Cala Ferrera . We arrived a little earlier than planned and after a quick phone call Rubi arrived promptly to welcome us and let us into the apartment. Rubi’s appartment was ideal and very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Rubi is an excellent host and is on hand almost immediately to help you with any issues or questions you may have , and I will definitely book with her again for future trips to Cala Ferrera. Overall I would highly recommend Rubi and her apartment Alasdair Gordon
