If you want the charm of an 1810 New England farmhouse with all the comforts and conveniences of 2024, this is the house for you! Set on a hilltop overlooking 15 private acres, with the Green River (known for trout fishing) running through the property, this charming four-bedroom house overlooks a 20- by 40-foot pool, beautifully nestled in complete privacy with lovely views of the surroundings.
Each of the four large bedrooms in this air-conditioned house has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a powder room in the common area and another full bath in the finished basement. Three of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the fourth has two single beds (which can be converted to a king). There are two twin beds in the basement, which also has a sitting area with a large-screen TV and a ping pong table.
For people on a working vacation, one of the bedrooms has an office nook and another has a desk, and fiber optic internet service distributes a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. One of the two ground-floor bedrooms has French doors that open onto a private porch with beautiful views.
