Located in Menton Garavan, we offer you a very spacious and bright three bedroom duplex apartment with stunning sea views, impeccably presented with brand new furniture and tastefully decorated.
The apartment of 130 sq m is at the second floor of a luxurious, peaceful and safe building with elevator (built in 2015) which is surrounded by elegant and well-groomed gardens with exotic plants and citrus trees. There is a modern sun terrace with an 8m by 4m infinity pool where you can spend pleasant and relaxing moments.
This delightful apartment consists of three double bedrooms both with private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower.
The kitchen overlooks the spacious living room and is well equipped with large fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven and cooker and washing machine. The living room is furnished with two comfortable pull-out double sofa beds, an extendable dining table (6/8 seats), TV with USB input and satellite receiver. On the outdoor terrace there is another large table with comfortable chairs (6 seats) for unforgettable outdoor dining experiences with extraordinary views.
The four-room apartment is located in a strategic position, safely away from traffic, but still close to the sea. It is close to all types of services (train station, pharmacy, newsagent, supermarket, doctor's office, post office, bakery, bar) and the main attractions. For instance just after a ten minutes walk above the building, along Boulevard de Garavan, you will find yourself in a wonderful ancient Olive Park overlooking the sea. The apartment is just a 5 minutes' walk from the Menton Garavan train station and just a little bit further on there's the beach.
We provide all bed linen and towels (one set of bed linen for two people per week and one set of towels per person per week). Free parking is available just 100 meters away from the building. There is also a safe private garage inside the building at an additional cost of € 10,00 per day (including the day of arrival).
The apartment is well suited for up to 8-10 people and we accept reservations Saturday to Saturday.

Summary: The apartment is located in a most beautiful place. It has a "million dollars" view. Menton is a perfect place in French Riviera. A close drive to San Remo, Italy, a train hop to Monaco and most importantly it has less people than Cannes or Saint Tropez. Our hosts Fabiana and Christian are very responsive and always available to provide information and suggestions. Our favorite was the infinity swimming pool where we spend many hours. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for perfect vacation.

Summary: It was a fantastic appartement with an amazing view over the sea. Every morning when you opened your eyes you saw the blue sky and the the sun over the sea. Everything you need was in the appartement. Every bedroom had his own bathroom. We absolutely come back! Thanks to the owner for this beautiful appartement!

Summary: The whole family loved the apartment. The pool with views was great. Aircon and blinds were perfect for the summer heat. The large terrace was great for dining and had the best view on Menton. Also lovely to be able to walk to the beach or the town centre. We’d love to come back.
