Summary: Property was very clean. Shower had nice hot water. All appliances worked fine. Ingress and egress would have been much better if the lawn was cut , and weeds were trimmed. Overall, well worth the price and location. Would recommend to a friend.

Summary: Always enjoy staying here. Can walk to many places downtown. Nice not to have to bring condiments with you as the fridge is fully stocked and spices too. Even coffee and filters! I never need to bring shampoo , conditioner or body wash when I stay here also if one has no preference in what they use. Communication with the host is excellent also. Only con I can say about this place is it would be nice to have one more hand towel in the bathroom as it gets pretty wet with 3 people using it. It would be nice to have shades in one of the bedrooms for privacy as I really didn’t feel comfortable with just sheer curtains on the window and it was pretty light in the morning for sleeping in. Also the south facing picture window in the living room could use a shade too for privacy and to keep the hot afternoon sun out. However, these suggestions are very minor and will be staying there many more times to come. Great place, price and host.

Summary: Location on main strip (right next to gas station) so traffic noise present but bedrooms not facing Main Street so quiet at night. Great location for getting on Mesabi Trail - easy bike ride. Property was good for our needs but not very homey. Living room sofa well used and not firm so hard to get out of for older renters. Coffee pot was only a 6 cup maker and did not automatically shut off. Had great new bathroom towels but not washed prior to placing in home. Bathroom hand towels only for kitchen and bathroom (no kitchen towels.)

Summary: Very clean duplex home; very convenient location to store; off street parking was great; excellent value for price; great amenities; would definitely use again. Can get a little noisy if there is a guest in upstairs unit. If seeking constructive feedback the only minor suggestions would be to have room darkening drapes in master and we would have liked to be shut french doors to unit. Overall very pleased with unit.

Summary: Easy booking and check-in process. Good location but loud. Wasn't expecting the street traffic to be as loud as it was. Hot water is scalding hot, definitely not set for a safe temp. Had people staying above us the last night and remembered why we don't rent anymore with the stomping and talk late into the night.

Summary: This was a very reasonable place to stay. It is a little noisy but you have to expect that being right on Howard Street. Convenient to walk to eat out or have a few drinks. Nice area to walk around. Thank you for our nice vacation!

Summary: Property was very clean and more spacious than we were anticipating from the pictures. Host responded quickly to a question that arose. Loved biking the Mesabi trail, trying different restaurants, and taking dog for walks in the neighborhood.
