Positive: Lake view location - stunning Staff were second to none Helpful Smiling always Nothing too much bother Helpful, kind - totally made the whole vacation - TBG - we had this reception everywhere we went in the Enniskillen area - such lovely friendly people!!!

Negative: Room was above the entrance so revellers leaving to go to their chalet was noisy but only for a short time frame & I hadn’t realised I’d left my window open so prob noisier as a result - otherwise place was beautifully quiet - drinkers were only one night post wedding so totally understandable. One day lunch order was incorrect but went above & beyond to rectify! Otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Positive: Gorgeous property in stunning location. Hotel was very luxurious, staff were amazing. The reception team went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Dinner at Catalina restaurant was flawless, staff were wonderful and the food was incredible.

Positive: Once again, another fabulous stay at this hotel. The Thai spa experience was exceptional, and the staff are ever so professional, and they do take care of you. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Views amazing, food was of good quality and reasonably priced too.

Positive: The 5 course tasting menu in the Catalina restaurant was very nice.

Negative: We didn't feel our room was 5* standard, some of the decoration and furnishings were quite tired and worn and the room was quite small.

Positive: Property was incredible, scenic walks and overall cleanliness. Facilities were great and we also enjoyed the spa.

Negative: During dinner service it just seemed very slow, Booked table for 7:30pm and didn’t finish our meal until 10:30pm. Other tables with larger numbers took priority and unfortunately it just felt as we and some of the other couples were left waiting slightly longer for the clearing of plates and additional elements.

Negative: The long mirror fell of the bedroom wall and left me with a brushed foot ,reported to staff as dangerous especially to small children just to get them to check all mirrors.
